Friend --

Happy Sunday, we hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

Read our latest update below!

-Team WisGOP

This week, Real Clear Polling released data on the Trump v. Biden question in Wisconsin, and the future's looking bright for our swing state. Out of six polls, [[link removed]]Trump led in three and tied in two. Marquette University found Trump leading 2 points. The numbers are close, and we are looking forward to turning Wisconsin RED in the upcoming 2024 election.

The Republican Party of Wisconsin is pleased to announce the hiring of its new Executive Director, Andrew Iverson. Graduating from Wisconsin Lutheran College, Iverson has served as the State Director for the RNC/Trump Victory and worked for Senator Ron Johnson and Congressman Byran Steil.

“Wisconsin is the cornerstone of the Republican Party’s chances this November,” said Iverson. “I am eager to get to work on behalf of all of our candidates to take back the White House and usher in a new era of conservative leadership.”

In other election news, GOP candidate, Eric Hovde, is neck and neck with Tammy Baldwin in the upcoming 2025 Senate race. A recent Marquette poll found that 50 percent [[link removed]] of Wisconsinites plan to vote for Tammy Baldwin while the other 50 percent [[link removed]] said they will support Hovde in the race.

The Baldwin-Hovde race is projected to be one of the most competitive in 2025 and will determine whether Democrats or Republicans will hold the chamber in 2025. Here at WisGOP, we are determined to boot Baldwin out of office in 2025!

This week, Wisconsin College Republicans held their 2024 Convention! The event was a huge success and we at the WisGOP are proud to see young voices pledging to effect change on their respective campuses.

These patriots are more than ready to beat Biden in the upcoming 2024 election, and we thank them for their continued support of the Republican cause.

In Case You Missed It

WISGOP STATEMENT ON PETER BARCA ANNOUNCING CANDIDACY [[link removed]]

“After desperately rummaging through their attic to find a candidate to run against Congressman Bryan Steil, Wisconsin Democrats are restoring to yet another career politician with an abysmal record. From his support for sanctuary cities to the inflationary policies of the Biden Administration, Peter Barca is out-of-touch and unconcerned with the needs of working families in Wisconsin.” —WisGOP Spokesperson Matt Fisher

WISGOP HIRES EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR [[link removed]]

The Republican Party of Wisconsin announced the hiring of Andrew Iverson as its new Executive Director. Iverson will direct the RPW’s operations and strategy for the 2024 cycle.

ICYMI: LYERLY REPRIMANDED BY MINNESOTA BOARD OF MEDICAL PRACTICE [[link removed]]

In case you missed it, Democratic congressional candidate in Wisconsin’s 8th District Kristin Lyerly is facing scrutiny for her work as a physician in Minnesota. It turns out that Lyerly’s incompetence not only resulted in an emergent C-section but also a reprimand from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

KENOSHA ABOUT PETER BARCA’S SUPPORT OF SANCTUARY CITIES [[link removed]]

Open Borders Barca fought to protect sanctuary cities in Wisconsin. Mobile billboards will travel around Kenosha County on Wednesday to remind voters that Peter Barca is an extremist who would be mistaken to challenge Bryan Steil.

EVERS REFUSES PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST FOR SPAHN EMAILS [[link removed]]

So much for transparency. Back in November when Governor Tony Evers’ secret “[email protected]” account first came to light, the Governor’s office assured the public they were hiding nothing and promised to make all correspondence from said account available via Open Records request.

TAMMY’S TIMELINE OF OPEN BORDER DISASTERS [[link removed]]

Tammy Baldwin has been in politics for a very long time. And for two decades now, Baldwin has consistently hamstrung efforts to secure the border and address the influx of undocumented immigrants.
