As our schools, businesses, and society adapt to the coronavirus, our campaign has been forced to adapt too. My team and I are working from home, and we’ve canceled all in-person events (including fundraisers). It was the right thing to do, and I’m proud of our decision.

But just as our fundraising numbers have expectedly dipped, we got word that Mitch McConnell’s shady super PAC funded by right-wing billionaires is booking $67 million in ads targeting Democrats — including me.

So, that makes grassroots fundraising more important to winning this Republican-held Senate seat than ever before. In an unprecedented moment like this one, it will take all of us working together to win this campaign. That’s why I’m asking:
