I’ve just been endorsed by a coalition of former and current Lieutenant Governors!
Big news, John –
I’m honored to share that I just got endorsed by a national coalition of former and current Lieutenant Governors! These rising stars know what it takes to win tough races — and as my colleagues and dear friends, they have seen my leadership in action.
Six years ago, I led the charge to bring the Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association back from dormancy, and then in 2022, I was honored to serve as Chair as we protected eleven incumbents and flipped two states from red to blue!
I am incredibly grateful to them for supporting this campaign – and if you’d like to join them, you can chip in here!
John, our strength lies in our ability to bring people together – that’s core to who I am and how I lead. Today, Lieutenant Governors make up the most diverse group of major elected officials in the country, with over 75% identifying as women or as people of color.
These Lieutenant Governor endorsements include:
Austin Davis, the youngest Lieutenant Governor in the country and Pennsylvania’s first Black Lieutenant Governor
Sara Rodriguez of Wisconsin, who is the nation’s second nurse to serve as Lieutenant Governor
Jacqueline Coleman, who – along with Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear – delivered a huge win for Democrats last year
And Peggy Flanagan, the Chair of the Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association and the highest-ranking Native American woman in statewide elected office!
I’m particularly honored by Peggy’s quote about my public service to the First State:
This campaign is gaining momentum every day, and I know that with these exciting endorsements and your grassroots support, we will win in September! Can you send a contribution to my campaign today?
