With another Earth Day behind us, we’re once again calling on Congress to pass a Green New Deal.

Yesterday was Earth Day! 🌎 So in the spirit of Earth Day, here’s a little glimpse of what we are fighting for:
Democrats have this *fantastic* legislation called the Green New Deal that will address climate change and other environmental concerns. This bill comes with the added bonus of creating jobs, reducing economic inequality, and general economic growth – all very good things if you ask us!
AOC and Ed Markey introduced the Green New Deal in 2019 but since then Washington has failed to act decisively on climate change! More recently, this legislation has been a non-starter for the slim – very slim – Republican majority in the House.
If we are going to get the GND reintroduced to Congress, we are going to need some major support. In honor of Earth Day, will you add your name to our petition to demand Congress to take up the Green New Deal and protect our lovely home?
