I am so honored to share with you the moving story of a little boy named Michael who was born with a condition so rare, it doesn't even have a name.
His powerful story teaches us about love, humility, and the preciousness of life in the most difficult cases.

Michael's dad graciously shared with us his experience of how sweet little Michael has changed and shaped their family:
"Seven years ago, my wife had an emergency C-section with our son Michael, who was born seven weeks premature. The journey from that night to today has been an incredible one. Lots of ups and downs, lots of heartbreak and joy, and lots of growth for every member of our family.
Shortly after his birth, we soon realized Michael’s presence in our lives was going to rock our whole world.
He was diagnosed with a condition that is so rare it doesn’t even have a name, just a series of letters and numbers.
Through all of it I wouldn’t change a thing. The amount of love and joy this amazing child has brought to our family and friends is immeasurable. Most impressive is the fact that he’s never spoken a word.
People have asked me if I wished there was a cure for what Michael has and I can honestly say no. God has a plan for everyone and that plan isn’t always drawn in straight lines.
Without the influence, struggles, joy, and unconditional love Michael has taught our family I don’t know where we would be. There are no coincidences in this world and God loves all his children - born and preborn - no matter what their perceived “value” by modern society.
The impact Michael has had is far and wide, much greater than anyone else I know, and he’s never said a word.
He has brought our family closer together, he has taught my children amazing lessons in love and empathy.
He certainly laughs a lot.
Even though Michael has never said a word, he has literally helped and improved the lives of thousands of people and children.
He is the happiest child I’ve ever encountered; his laugh is infectious. No one leaves Michael without a smile and a renewed sense of gratitude." - Michael's Dad
