Update: Animals Still Trapped at Miami Seaquarium
[[link removed]]

Hello,

The Miami Seaquarium was supposed to shut down on Sunday. Miami-Dade County ordered the aquarium to vacate the property by April 21. Instead, the park was open and selling tickets. Even more infuriating, Miami Seaquarium has filed a $35 million lawsuit against the county to fight the eviction.

I can’t tell you what will happen next, but I can promise you that we won’t stop fighting for the dolphins, penguins, seals, and many other animals still suffering there. We’re urging the county to take every available action—from seizing the animals under Florida’s cruelty laws to enforcing the eviction notice—to protect these animals.

Help by sending a one-click email to Eduardo Albor, CEO of the Dolphin Company, telling him to shut down Miami Seaquarium immediately.[[link removed]]

Thank you for your advocacy, we’re almost there!

Sincerely,
