Although it is obvious the Trump hush money trial is politically driven, there is some importance attached to it. The signal on that is how anxious the corporate media is to see Trump convicted. CNN and NBC, in particular, are salivating. The former president is not likely to be sent to prison if convicted but he will be fined and embarrassed. He will not lose core support but some independent voters will be influenced. Of course the Biden campaign will run wild with any guilty verdict. |
