FIRST: The Biden administration announced a MASSIVE 8.7% INCREASE to Social Security payments!

THEN: The GOP doubled down on their efforts to CUT Social Security benefits for MILLIONS of Americans.

FORTUNATELY: President Biden refused to sign on ANY cuts and stood up to the GOP, protecting Social Security ONCE AGAIN!

BUT NOW: House Republican leadership released their new budget plan and it would decimate Social Security and gut Medicare – cutting ​​over $1.5 trillion of essential programs, raising the retirement age, eliminating spousal and children's benefits for middle-class families, and raising health care costs for millions!

AND EVEN WORSE: Donald Trump says he is ALSO on board with cutting Social Security!

Team: The Republican party is WILDLY out of step with the 81% of likely voters who say that Congress should NEVER cut Social Security and Medicare and the 93% who believe the U.S. should increase or maintain benefits. They‘re even out of step with their own party; ONLY 9% of Republican voters support raising the retirement age!
