Immediately after the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that a Civil War-era abortion ban is enforceable, I called on our state legislature to take action and do these three simple things:

• Repeal the barbaric abortion ban
• Protect access to IVF
• Pass the Right to Contraception Act

So far, extremist Republicans in the legislature have refused to take action. But I’m not giving up.

I’m going to continue pressuring our lawmakers to gavel in and do what’s right for Arizonans — because this devastating ruling creates nothing but chaos for our state if left untouched.
