Happy Earth Day, John!

Emerge women are making strides to address climate change at every level of government! As we ramp up our efforts to recruit and train more bold Democratic women in our National Boot Camp, will you contribute $5 or more today to show your support to our climate warriors? ([link removed])

Here are just a few achievements from these amazing Emerge alums:

Cabinet member Deb Haaland made history as the first Native American Secretary of the Interior in the U.S. There, she has built on her career as an advocate and ally of communities disproportionately affected by climate change by making the transition to a just and sustainable economy her top priority. Promoting Indigenous voices on environmental concerns is a must in tackling global climate change.

Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury spent nearly two decades of her career dedicated to science-focused work on water and natural resource issues statewide and nationally. From investing in renewable energy to conserving New Mexico’s beautiful landscapes, she is committed to a sustainable future for all in Congress. Congresswoman Stansbury’s seat was previously held by Sec. Deb Haaland, one of the many examples of Emerge’s “Lift As You Climb” efforts.

San Francisco Mayor London Breed is on track to provide San Francisco with 100% renewable energy by 2025 and be carbon net-zero by 2045. This plan is a framework that centers social and racial equity to address the disproportionate impacts of climate change on the City’s vulnerable populations and ensure environmental benefits to all residents.

Emerge women are committed to protect our planet and lay the groundwork to pass meaningful legislation at every level of government. We must ensure every community is represented in the fight against climate change, and support more Democratic climate warriors.

On this Earth Day, will you contribute $5 or more to support our National Boot Camp and ensure we have the resources to train even more Democratic women?
