can’t be trusted when it comes to reproductive rights.

This is a man who *celebrated* the far-right Supreme Court’s decision to
overturn Roe v. Wade — and even had a hand in selecting some of the
Justices who did it!

Now that the chickens are coming home to roost and Americans are seeing
the real endgame of this so-called “pro-life” ideology, as the Alabama
Supreme Court has moved to outlaw in-vitro fertilization treatments,
Republicans are in a panic.

They know their extreme ideology is unpopular, and they’re scared to face
the voters at the polls.

Ted claims he supports access to IVF treatments — yet he voted against a
bill that would protect it.

“states’ rights” issue, but now he’s supporting nationwide abortion bans.
More evidence he just can’t be trusted to protect our rights.

We plan to go up with ad campaigns all over Texas to remind voters of
Ted’s real record on reproductive rights and more, but as a grassroots
movement, we’re counting on your support to ensure we have the resources
to do it.
