• Texas State Rep. Tony Tinderholt repeatedly proposed criminalizing abortion to HOLD women who get abortions “personally responsible.”
• Minnesota State Rep. Mary Franson compared gun safety activists to the Hitler youth in now-deleted Facebook posts.
• Georgia State Senator Colton Moore is indefinitely suspended from the GA Republican Senate Caucus for seeking to impeach the district attorney who indicted Trump.

The day-to-day lives of everyday Americans are most impacted by the legislation that passes through state legislatures. Unfortunately, it has also always been the breeding ground for some of the most extreme politicians in the country.

This is why our work to elevate Democrats at the state level is so critical. Democrats need to gain control of state legislative chambers to ensure that extreme Republicans can't have influence and power over legislation.

Anti-abortion, anti-freedom, anti-democracy politicians have NO place in our government — and that's exactly what we're here to show the far-right Republican machine.
