Bob's opponent, Michigan GOP Rep. Jack Bergman celebrated a decision that takes protection away from over half of America's wetlands.

We're sending another letter of disapproval on behalf of everyone concerned about this attack on the Clean Water Act.

After you add your name, will you forward this to your environmentalist friends? Let's show Jack Bergman he cannot celebrate wrecking havoc on the environment without hearing from hundreds of us.

The Clean Water Act has been safeguarding our wetlands since 1977. By a 5-4 decision, SCOTUS lifted its protections of nearly 6 million acres of wetlands.

Even conservative Justice Brett Kavanaugh joined the dissent stating, "significant repercussions for water quality and flood control throughout the United States" would result from this decision.

We thought Earth Day was a perfect time reignite this issue. Bob isn't in Congress yet, but we will always speak up. Join us.
