Happy Earth Day, friend!
Did you know Earth Day started right here in Wisconsin?
Ever since Wisconsin’s own Gaylord Nelson—a Democratic Senator, Governor, and conservationist—founded Earth Day in 1970, people around the world have been brought together around a common cause: preserving the planet we all share.
And thanks to you, Wisconsin Democrats like Senator Baldwin and Governor Evers carry on that tradition, securing funding to fight climate change, protect the Great Lakes, and clean up legacy pollution.
Unfortunately, it takes just one bad election to reverse that progress. If Donald Trump and other GOP climate deniers win in November, they’ll continue to prop up Big Oil and put corporate profits over clean, renewable energy.
We can’t let that happen, friend. But with your help, we can elect Democrats who will stand up for the environment.
Will you pledge your support for pro-environment WisDems and donate $24 to elect Democrats up and down the ballot this November? »
