<[link removed]> Can’t we just let kids be kids? Friend, we are raising four small children, including a first grader, so we can’t tell you how disappointed we were to learn last week that an elementary school not far from our house decided to teach first graders how to “share and explore pronouns.” <[link removed]> <[link removed]> These kids are first graders. Donate <[link removed]> It’s already incredibly difficult to protect our kids from inappropriate content in today’s world. The last place we should have to worry about them is in elementary school. But that’s what happening. Even in a small conservative community like DeWitt, Michigan, educators have forgotten the boundaries. First graders, who have no conceivable way of grasping these manufactured “genders,” are being taught from a book called, “They She He Me: Free to Be!,” which suggests, “You can change pronouns from he to she or she to he. You can use new ones like ze or create your own like tree! Some people use they, which is a perfect way. There are many more pronouns waiting to be discovered and used.” Donate <[link removed]> Parents like us, from throughout the district and Mid-Michigan, made our voices heard. Not long after I talked about his disturbing discovery to Fox News Digital, the school district reversed itself and abandoned the proposal. Friend, I am running for Congress because of our four small kids. I want to make sure we leave the world for them better than we found it. But if we have to fight our own schools to keep our kids safe from inappropriate content, we are already losing the fight. You can count on me to stand up for your kids in Congress, just as I stood up for the kids at Shavey Road Elementary. And I hope you will stand with me. <[link removed]> Donate <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <mailto:
