On Earth Day, we celebrate the precious planet we live on and all of us (all of YOU!) working so hard to protect it for the next generation and beyond.

It isn't always easy to stand up to the fossil fuel industry and fight for the changes we need. Last week, we got closer than ever to passing the NY HEAT Act and making huge strides to begin fixing our overpriced, polluting gas heating system. But a last minute push by National Fuel Gas and a handful of Assemblymembers were able to keep it out of the state budget and stop it from becoming law.

For now.

We won't stop working to bring New Yorkers the cleaner heat and lower bills we deserve. The budget may be over, but the legislative session is just starting. So join us on Thursday, April 25th for a recharging Renewable Heat Now Power Hour on what's next.
