Dear Neighbor,
Happy Monday! I am writing to you today to invite you to an important community input meeting regarding upcoming development along East Tremont Avenue in Parkchester.
As you know, our community is in the beginning stages of bringing a brand new Metro North station to Parkchester/Van Nest. The Metro North project will not only provide us with an additional transit option, but includes local infrastructure upgrades, new affordable housing opportunities, and more for our neighborhood.
Now is the time I am calling you to action! It is critical that we all make sure our voices are heard in every aspect of this project, especially when it comes to new development.
