Let's be real clear about this: Republicans are on the brink of forcing
the federal government to shut down because they do not want to:

1. Fund the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
2. Grant protection for Dreamers who rely on DACA

Their willingness to deny children health care and put hundreds of
thousands of Dreamers at risk proves that the GOP is cruel -- and
the fact that the government might shut down under their complete
control proves they are incompetent.

We can solve this by taking back Congress in November -- but that
won't happen without your help.
