The COVID-19 pandemic is placing unprecedented new obstacles between voters and the ballot box – and I know you are as worried about these perils as I am.

But this week, we ALSO have a reason to celebrate. Eight years ago TODAY, I founded VoteRiders because I was outraged that voters were being deprived of their right to vote for lack of ID. Since then, despite the spread of increasingly strict voter ID laws, I am very proud of how VoteRiders has provided real, practical help for millions of vulnerable voters across our country.

Like all of you, we are rapidly evolving to meet the challenges at hand. We’d love for you to join us for this live virtual chat about how we can respond to voters' changing needs - together.

VoteRiders’ tools and services are built to help voters – and we intend to continue doing exactly that throughout this crisis and beyond. You can count on us to overcome all physical-distance and other restrictions with as much creativity and determination as humanly possible to strengthen our fundamental right to vote.

Because eight years on, we – and you - are still fighting for the same indispensable goal we have been since 2012: fair access to the ballot.
