They think Biden is a failure: A new poll sponsored by Heritage shows President Biden’s worst fears are coming true. 

• The poll, conducted for The Heritage Foundation by Echelon Insights, shows that most swing voters think that the Biden administration is a failure, a foreboding insight for the president only six months before the election. 
• “President Joe Biden’s efforts to deflect blame for the border crisis and high cost of living aren’t working with swing voters,” writes Rob Bluey, executive editor of The Daily Signal. 

They back Trump: The poll also revealed that if the election were today, five of six swing states would go to former President Donald Trump, winning him the presidential election. 

 

They oppose Ukraine aid: Echelon Insights made another discovery: Battleground-state voters overwhelmingly disapprove of sending more funds to Ukraine before fixing the U.S. border crisis. Yet another sign that Americans are dissatisfied with the administration.

Importing voters? In a bombshell revelation, the Oversight Project learned of flyers posted in Mexico in areas where migrants gather, urging them to register to vote in the U.S., and to vote for President Biden in the November elections—after they cross the border illegally. 

• The story attracted widespread coverage and reactions from lawmakers.  
• The non-profit listed in the flyers claims that it had nothing to do with them.

Injustice: The trial now underway accusing President Trump of illegally covering up hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on, according to Senior Legal Fellow Hans von Spakovsky. 

• “This case is just bogus from start to finish,” he said. But “I think if the [Manhattan district attorney] charged Donald Trump with eating a ham sandwich, the jury would find him guilty.”

• The teacher’s slide deck on the subject is “absolutely riddled with leading questions and weighted comparisons,” writes Daily Signal investigative columnist Tony Kinnett, a former curriculum developer. 
• The school district then obstructed a parent’s request for information.
