The fundamental role of government is to protect its citizens — and that means ALL of its citizens.  As a Democrat I'm committed to protecting individuals freedoms, our democracy and the health and welfare of our fellow citizens.  

Unlike some folks, I'm going to be very clear and transparent about the legislation I'll work to enact into law to do just that, and it includes protecting:

1. A national right to abortion – pass the Women’s Health Protection Act

2. Democracy – pass the Freedom to Vote Act

3. The LGBTQ community – pass the Equality Act

4. Women – pass the Violence Against Women Act

5. Labor unions– pass the Protecting the Right to Organize Act

6. Immigrants and asylum seekers– pass the U.S. Citizenship Act

7. The public – pass sensible gun reform beyond the Safer Communities Act

MAGA Republicans want to take away your freedoms; they want to take away your liberties; and they want to take away your fundamental right to be safe. I'm asking for your support so we, together, can stop that from happening.
