30 million American workers are subject to noncompete clauses, often
including hairstylists, warehouse workers, sanitation workers, fast food
workers, and more.

Studies show that noncompetess cost American workers up to $300 billion
dollars in wages every year.

Have you ever had a noncompete that limited your job options?

[ [link removed] ]If you are or ever have been subject to a noncompete clause, please
tell about it here. (If you know someone else who has, please forward this
email to them.)

And, [ [link removed] ]chip in to our work electing Democrats that will work to increase
wages and reduce costs for families.

Very soon, as part of the Biden Administration's pro-worker agenda, the
Federal Trade Commission will announce new rules to end the use of
noncompete clauses.

Republicans and their corporate allies have already announced plans to
block the changes in court the day the new rules are announced.

First-hand accounts from people who have been harmed by noncompete clauses
will help turn this into a big campaign issue in 2024.

Did you ever have to turn down a job offer because of a noncompete?

Did you have to change fields in order to get a new job because of a
noncompete? Did the change cost you?

Did a noncompete prevent you from even looking for a better job in your
field?

Did you ever find yourself stuck in an unfair, dangerous, abusive, or
discriminatory work environment because a noncompete limited your options
elsewhere?

[ [link removed] ]Share your experience with noncompetes here.

And, [ [link removed] ]chip in to our work here.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
