Hi Friend,

Polls for the PA Primary Election open Tuesday morning at 7:00 am. We know you’re as invested in the 2024 election as all of us at Conservation Voters of PA are, so we wanted to make sure you have everything you need if you plan to vote in person on Election Day.

1. Polls are open 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
2. Be sure to go to your assigned polling place, which you can confirm here: [link removed]
a. If this is your first time voting at this polling place, be sure to bring your signed voter registration card and a photo ID.
3. Call 1-866-OUR-VOTE if you have an issue at the polling place or anything else you want to ask or report about your voting experience!

Remember that as long as you are IN LINE to vote at 8 PM, you are allowed to vote!

If you have any other questions about voting on Election Day, check out this fantastic Q&A: [link removed] or just reply to this email and we’ll try to help!

And if you still need to fill out and return your mail-in ballot, here’s what you need to know:
1. Fill out your ballot completely.
2. Seal your ballot in the inner secrecy envelope, which you’ll put into the pre-addressed outer envelope.
3. Make sure to sign and date the voter’s declaration on the *outside* of the outer return envelope.
4. Return it to your closest ballot drop off location in your county by 8 PM on Election Day, Tuesday, April 23.
a. You can find a list of drop off locations at ConservationPA.org/vote.
b. We do not recommend mailing your ballot this close to Election Day - please put your ballot in a designated drop box or deliver it to your county election office.
5. Once returned, you can track your ballot status online at [link removed]. It’s a fantastic resource to know your ballot has been received and gets processed after Election Day.

Thank you for everything you do,

Katie Blume
