This journey we've been on together -- with all the challenges we've faced
and all the progress we've celebrated -- has been truly remarkable, Samuel,
and we have so much to be proud of.

The steps we've taken to build a better future for our children and
grandchildren are changing people's lives every single day -- helping folks
pay for college, and get good jobs, and see a doctor when they're sick.
And I can't thank you enough for that. None of this would have happened
without your passion, hard work, and hope.

Samuel, we've come so far and made such a difference for people all across
this country. But there's plenty of work left to do to keep building that more
perfect union we all seek. And if you're ready to continue that work, then I
hope you'll pitch in $3 or whatever you can to become an official State of
the Union Donor and be part of a group of dedicated Democrats determined
to keep on answering the call to action our President issued in his final
