You've never received an email from me before. I don't work for Live Action, but I consider myself a part of Live Action's community of Life Defenders who are working to end abortion 365 days a year.
Sometimes when I think about the issue of abortion, it seems daunting. But when I realize that if I have the power to save just one life, I know I am making a difference.
If I, as a pro-life person, don't step up to rescue these innocent children, who will?
That's why I joined as a Live Action Life Defender in 2015 to help end abortion in my lifetime and build a culture of life. I am hoping you will join me in this critical work. Your gift of just $50 is enough to change thousands of minds on abortion.
We, as pro-life people, are the answer. This is the most pressing human rights issue of our day. We can't wait for someone else. It's up to us to live out the pro-life message every day.
When my mother conceived me, she was single. My father made the "simple" offer to pay for the abortion.
My mother, however, embraced life — which not only gave me a chance to live but also the seven children that I am blessed to be the father of. Once I became a dad, I knew I wanted to be the best father that I could be.
Even though it wasn't easy for my mother to move ahead alone, she pushed through those early difficult times, and I guarantee you that she never once imagined how many lives would come through the one she decided to keep. I am thankful for her resolve.
My mom motivates me to continue fighting for the least of these, our most defenseless children.
Every month as I see my donation go through, I know that I am rescuing innocent children from abortion and transforming our society. And I know I'm not only fighting for these children, but their children's children, and for their mothers and families who would be broken abortion.
