John,
My roots in Northern Michigan go five generations back.
I was born and raised in Traverse City and Cheboygan. I played basketball and volleyball and ran track before graduating as Valedictorian from Cheboygan Area High School.
After Matt, my husband, enlisted in the Marines, we moved five times in 15 years, all while raising two girls and caring for Matt after his tours overseas. My journey to now was propelled by the lack of support for active military members and veterans amidst rising costs of housing, groceries, education, and gas.
I know what it’s like to improvise on a limited budget. I know that many in our district have faced similar challenges.
So, when our representatives turn a blind eye to working and middle-class families all for corporate special interests, I listen. And I take action.
John, I need your help to get me to Congress. Will you contribute $10 or whatever you can to my campaign right now so we have the resources to reach out to every voter in our district?
