According to Gallup, 70% of Americans support legalizing cannabis. It even has 55% support among REPUBLICANS!

But under current law, the FDA can’t regulate it, federal health agencies can’t study it, businesses can have their cannabis products seized, and people can still be denied federal jobs and benefits for using it.

It’s time for the federal government to catch up. If you agree, chip in $4.20 to expand our Democratic Senate Majority so they can enact popular policies like this one.

So what does all this have to do with the United States Senate?

Well, Senate Republicans absolutely refuse to support cannabis legislation like this (via Marijuana Moment):

They’d rather continue denying millions of Americans a safe treatment for health issues and imprisoning people for minor cannabis offenses.

As with most issues, Senate Republicans are on the wrong side of history.
