Dear John,

As I mentioned in my previous emails, last Friday 5th April, the Sixth Committee of the UN General Assembly, concluded its session in New York, where they discussed a treaty that radically redefines “crimes against humanity.”

Before I explain what happened and where we stand now, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Even though we've received a very generous response from the United States and all other countries, we've managed to gather 2,503 monthly donors, which is far from our goal of reaching 3,350.

Nevertheless, I’m starting to work with my team to defend life, family, and freedom against this unprecedented globalist offensive from the UN. They aim to criminalize our voices, stop us from protecting our children from the harmful gender ideology, and even deprive our priests and pastors if they dare to question gender dogmas.

But they will not succeed.

If you've been one of those who joined CitizenGO with a monthly donation for this campaign (I still need the complete donor data), I thank you from the heart. If you couldn't make a donation this time, this battle is expected to be long, and whenever your financial situation allows, you'll be able to contribute.

What I can assure you is that we will need you sooner or later.

And now, let me tell you why.

If passed, this treaty would classify traditional, science-based definitions of sexes and the family as crimes against humanity!

The draft articles of this new treaty propose a radical shift in the definition of "gender-based persecution," which moves away from the legally established understanding of sexes as male and female, as outlined in the 1998 Rome Statute:

“For the purpose of this Statute, it is understood that the term "gender" refers to the two sexes, male and female, within the context of society. The term "gender" does not indicate any meaning different from the above.”

Article 7 (3) of the 1998 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court

Now they want to propose a broader, more ambiguous interpretation, for ideological reasons - to satisfy the transgender lobby and shut out our conservative voices.

This could have profound implications, potentially criminalizing your beliefs and subjecting people like you to severe legal challenges.

In other words, your opposition to transgender ideology, as well as to abortion, could soon be considered “crimes against humanity” by the UN!

Even this email you are reading could become a criminal activity. Let that sink in for a moment.

The globalist UN, together with a number of radical leftist lobby groups have had drastic influence in developing these proposals to strengthen the treaty by whatever means possible.

They are openly saying that:

“In the 25 years since the Rome Statute’s adoption, there has been significant progress in our understanding of sexual and gender-based crimes and notions of gender, and a new international treaty on crimes against humanity must reflect that progress.”

For them, your opinions are “hostile against humanity,” and any dissent to the radical LGBT ideology should be criminalized at all costs.

This threatens the very foundation of your ability to speak freely about and advocate for your beliefs regarding marriage, family, and the biological nature of gender.

Bear in mind, that the Sixth Committee of the General Assembly is one of the more important committees. It is a key platform within the UN system for deliberating and shaping the international legal framework.

These aren’t the rantings of a liberal fringe, this is one of the most respected international governing bodies openly considering labeling a biological understanding of gender as “hate speech.”

Once adopted by the General Assembly and ratified by member states, the treaties and conventions drafted here, can become become binding international legal instruments.

That is why this new treaty draft is so concerning.

Under the proposed plan, any political and religious rhetoric opposing transgender policies will be treated as a form of gender persecution - punishable as a crime against humanity.

These are entirely new, twisted redefinitions of “persecution” and “inhumane acts” that go far beyond what has always been understood.

So what can you do now?

The meeting served as a key stepping stone to establish strong support for this treaty change.

There is a high chance now that the proposal will be brought to the attention of the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly, this coming September for an eventual vote by member states.

If the General Assembly were to adopt this new treaty, it would propel the adoption of laws that directly target us.

This issue is simply too critical for us to sit back and hope for the best.

We’ve already seen what that is like, with the prosecution of CitizenGO campaigners like Caroline, Anne, and Eduard, for just voicing the truth - well it’s about to get much worse if we don’t do anything about it.

If this does get put on the agenda at the General Assembly this September, we must do everything in our power to urge our government to insist that any negotiation on a new treaty on crimes against humanity, starts with THE REAL definition of gender.

Otherwise, what we say and do, could very soon be considered “gender-based persecution” - an international crime!

In the meantime, we will continue to track this progress carefully and remain alert for any new developments.

Rest assured, CitizenGO will be there where your fundamental freedoms are on the line.

We will continue mounting pressure on our governments, organizing offline actions, and building strong coalitions to defend our beliefs from being criminalized.

Thank you for your unyielding support in this critical matter that concerns every pro-life and pro-family person worldwide. Together, we can make a difference.

Sebastian Lukomski and the entire CitizenGO Team

P.S. If the UN’s proposed treaty is passed then simply sharing your deeply held beliefs about gender, faith, and the family will become “hate crimes.” As CitizenGO confronts this urgent threat, your support is more vital than ever. We’ve stopped the UN before and can do it again, but we need your help to stand strong in this battle. 100% of your donation will directly support our efforts to challenge this threat and defend you from future threats to freedom wherever they come from. Together, we can ensure that your voice is heard and your rights protected. Donate now to protect your rights. Your support is not just a donation—it's a stand for freedom and truth in the face of unprecedented challenges.
