Only three years after Governor Murphy signed the historic marijuana reform package into law, New Jersey has more than 100 cannabis dispensaries and is projected to see $1 billion in sales in 2024.

The cannabis industry is thriving in New Jersey, creating jobs and economic activity while righting the wrongs of our past from the harmful consequences of the “War on Drugs” and widespread racial disparities in our criminal justice system.

New Jersey’s cannabis industry is leading the way for other parts of the country — promoting fairness, safety, and economic development.
