Folks, I just stepped off the stage, and I wanted to send a quick note.

If you had a chance to tune in, I hope I made you proud up there. But if you didn’t, here’s what I need you to know: I’m the only candidate in this race with a proven track record making Washington work for the American people. I’ve never taken a nickel from a PAC, lobbyist, or special interest. That’s why I’m the most effective legislator in Maryland and why I’ve been able to pass 28 bills in three terms.

But national Republicans will do and say whatever it takes to flip Maryland and the Senate red. We need to replenish our resources to finish this primary campaign with the momentum to win in November and overcome the outside spending in the final days of this race.
