It is now in the hands of SCOTUS to determine if they are going to hear VanDerStok v. Garland. 

Yesterday, we told you that this critical case was going to be distributed for conference. 

And now that it has, we can only prepare for an inevitable outcome. 

You can read more below, but that means we’re either looking at a flat out victory OR we are going to have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars (if not more) to see this through to a win before the Supreme Court. 

If the Court takes this case, it will be our biggest challenge yet. And we need to do everything possible in order to defeat the DOJ and ATF.

Tomorrow at the Supreme Court, our lawsuit against the ATF’s “frame or receiver” rule, VanDerStok v. Garland will be distributed for conference.

As you know, in February, the government filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari, asking SCOTUS to hear the case, arguing the Fifth Circuit wrongly ruled in FPC's favor.

And now they could get their wish.

We could very well maintain our victory in this case.

But if SCOTUS grants the government’s request, they would throw out our win in this critical case and force us to take on the DOJ and ATF in front of the nation’s highest court.
