John - I’ll keep this extremely brief. 

Today we are exactly 199 days away from Election Day and this week, Erin Conway, the Grassroots Fundraising Director for the DNC, announced the fundraising strategy for how the Democrats and candidates in red to blue races like myself can win our races this 2024 and take back the house.

The key is building our war chests now and taking the same tenor and ferocity that we use to fundraise before the election but applying it now, months out from the election. This way we can have time to build out our get out the vote (GOTV) infrastructure over the summer rather than scramble to build it last minute in the fall.

An early investment into the race that is considered to be the most competitive for Democrats in the entire country, our district NY-04, is going to make all the difference. This race will be won in the months of April and May not October or November.
