At Washington Conservation Action, Earth Day is just one of 365 days every year (or 366 days this Leap Year!) that we work to protect people and nature as one. But it’s one of our favorites, because Earth Day is about people.

Earth Day is the largest secular celebration in the world. It’s a chance for billions of people to come together as one large community and take action –big or small– to protect our environment for future generations. When you take action on Earth Day, you know that you are part of something bigger than yourself.

Here are five ways you can be part of the global Earth Day celebration with WCA!

📱Join us virtually on Monday, April 22 for Call 4 Climate Action Kickoff – a voter engagement campaign to get 50,000 new or infrequent voters to commit to voting in November.

📣Sign up to be a Washington Conservation Action Ambassador – build your advocacy skills and join a passionate community of changemakers while advancing environmental progress in Washington state.

💪Pledge to vote NO on I-2117 to defend our state's landmark climate law that helps fund investments in clean energy, transportation, wildfire protection projects, salmon recovery, and more.

🍺Support WCA by drinking beer! Visit Aslan Brewing Company in Seattle or Bellingham and try their new Amber Ale brewed as part of the nationwide Earth to Beer campaign, where WCA was chosen as a benefactor. Organic ingredients, salmon-safe hops, and good for our planet!
