Friend — Rick Scott thinks he can get away with lying to us:

- On Monday, he told The Hill that if he wrote a bill banning abortion, it would only start at 15 weeks, except for rape, incest, or the mother's survival.

- Then Tuesday night, — 24 hours later — he went on Spectrum News 9 to insist he'd have signed DeSantis' six-week ban into law were he governor today.
|
- And on Wednesday, the Sun Sentinel reported that Scott left the door open for a FEDERAL ban on abortions at a recent rally — the very same day his campaign said he thought it should be left to the states.

Rick Scott is so extreme he can’t even remember to lie about his stance on abortion.

When Roe v. Wade was overturned, GOP extremists like Scott were eager to celebrate the end of our constitutional right to choose. He backed Florida’s 6-week ban and even co-sponsored a national ban.

Well, friend, Florida won't be fooled so easily. And we can bet that if extremist Republicans take power after this November's election, they will not hesitate to end reproductive rights nationwide.
