With the world careening nearer and nearer toward the abyss of potential thermonuclear war--either with a a possible Israeli nuclear strike on Iran, or by a strategic blunder in the NATO showdown against Russia, or in some as of yet unknown new theater of conflict as NATO expands in Asia and even into South America--the use of AI (artificial intelligence) in selecting targets and more becomes a matter of grave concern. Only human beings are capable of THOUGHT. Only human beings are capable of breaking from a programmed algorithm based on a hypothesis.
