I’m not what many might call an obvious choice for a Senate candidate, so I want to tell you why I decided to get into this campaign (If you’re already with me, you can make a donation here).

I’m not a career politician, and I know it’s going to be TOUGH for an outside candidate to beat an eighteen-year incumbent senator who has spent his time in Washington currying favor with the DC establishment as Mitch McConnell’s right-hand man -- instead of serving Texans. But I’ve taken on a lot of tough fights in my life, and that’s why I know I can win this one.

I decided to step up and run against Senator Cornyn because I believe I have what it takes to win. Will you pitch in now to help us take on Sen. Cornyn from the strongest position possible?

Texas deserves better than a senator who votes to rip health care away from millions, blocked bills to lower prescription drug prices, and flat out refused to take action on gun violence.
