different perspective on viruses and other threats which mankind must
come together as one species to defend itself from.
"LaRouche recognized that humanity has
reached a point where, in an age of nuclear weapons, warfare is no
longer a viable option for resolving conflicts between nations—unless
one wishes to risk elimination of the entire species. Therefore, we
must develop a new, higher-order notion of defense. Conflicts among
peoples can and must be worked out on the diplomatic stage, and so the
notion of defense must be redefined as the common defense of all
humanity, as our species exists on the planet, in the solar system,

Trump’s Plan and Wall Street’s Plan —
They Cannot Coexist
President Donald Trump Tuesday
afternoon issued a tweet, which, if acted upon, quickly, could mark
the beginning of a recovery—not only from COVID-19, but from the
festering collapse of the American economy since the assassination of
John Kennedy and the launching of the Vietnam War. Trump wrote: “With
interest rates for the United States being at ZERO, this is the time
to do our decades long awaited Infrastructure Bill. It should be VERY
BIG & BOLD, Two Trillion Dollars, and be focused solely on jobs
and rebuilding the once great infrastructure of our Country! Phase 4.”
