Because I’m a forward-thinking legislator who gets things done, the far-right will continue to target me to ensure that progress won’t be made.

Hi everyone, it’s Yvette D. Clarke.

As we inch closer and closer to Election Day, I’ve been taking time to reflect on some of my proudest legislative accomplishments. They span from equitable access to technology to healthcare access and immigration reform. Here are some details:

  • Anti-Digital Redlining Act: Inspired FCC rules to prevent broadband discrimination.
  • Civil Rights Modernization Act: Aims to extend civil rights protections to the digital landscape.
  • Algorithm Accountability Act: Sets standards for fair and transparent AI use.
  • REAL Political Advertisements Act & DEEP FAKES Accountability Act: Address fake and misleading content online.
  • EVs for Underserved Communities Act: Influenced the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to include equitable EV charging infrastructure.
  • American DREAM and PROMISE Act & U.S. Citizenship Act: Proposals for comprehensive immigration reform and protections.
  • Health Center Community Transformation Hub Act & Supporting Safety Net Hospitals Act: Legislation to reduce healthcare disparities and support community health.

The work that’s most important to me are the projects that make life easier for everyone; the pieces of legislation that help level the playing field for ALL in America.

I’ve said time and again that I’m ready to WORK for the people of NY-09, and I have these results to prove it. Because I’m a forward-thinking legislator who gets things done, the far-right will continue to target me to ensure that progress won’t be made. Losing this seat will make life easier for the ultra-rich and hurt the people here in Brooklyn.

Friend, I need to be re-elected so I can keep pushing forward with these progressive ideas in Congress. If you support these groundbreaking policies, will you donate $25 to my re-election campaign NOW?
