Texas Values Report with Special Guest,
Dr. Walter Wendler, President of
West Texas A & M!

Dr. Wendler discusses the culture of higher education and timeless truths, with Jonathan Covey, impressing upon students the importance of Texas' values.

"The challenge with DEI…is it puts people in political interest groups rather than recognizes the unique individual nature of every human being.”

"I want to create, on this campus, a culture of excellence, a performance culture…that has nothing to do with group membership but has to do with individual performance and attainment."

"...things like trust, respect for others, the importance of family life, faith life, civic engagement… those kinds of values affect every profession & vocation for which we train people….every one of those occupations is effected by the values of the people who practice them." ~ Dr. Walter Wendler

His segment is available to view on our YouTube Channel. It is also available to view on our Facebook page.

Catch the weekly Texas Values Report at any time, day or night, and on additional podcast sites: Apple, iHeartRadio, SoundCloud, Spotify, TuneIn, YouTube, The Bridge Austin.
