Each spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent across the nation. 

 

Talented students submitted their pieces to be voted on by a panel of expert judges from our community. The winner’s piece will be on display in the Capitol building in Washington, D.C.!
