NIJ is seeking a Social Science Research Analyst (GS-13) to: 


* Manage the tribal crime, tribal justice, and tribal victimization research portfolio in NIJ’s Office of Violence and Victimization Prevention. 
* Serve as a research technical expert in tribal crime, tribal justice, tribal victimization and other related topics. 
* Perform a variety of research analysis, program evaluation, and other tasks in furtherance of the tribal crime, tribal justice, tribal victimization and other related research portfolios. 
* Serve as a research technical expert for a significant segment of a tribal crime, tribal justice, and tribal victimization social science portfolio. 
* Evaluate the scientific research aspects of a wide variety of program grants, research-based grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements. 
* Manage the scientific review of proposals for research grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts related to the tribal crime, tribal justice and tribal victimization portfolio.
