For years, I have led and joined efforts to uplift immigrant young people and their stories in my community, in my art, and at my university as the founder of the first organization for undocumented students at my HBCU! 🧡I was drawn to the opportunity to host ‘No Borders, Just Flavors!’ because sharing our stories is a powerful form of resistance, and connecting our cultural roots is a beautiful way to build community.
