In case you missed it, I wanted to invite you to NCLEJ’s 2024 Justice Maker Awards. On May 14, our program will showcase our high-impact legal advocacy at the intersections of racial, economic, and disability justice. We’re fighting to ensure that low-income communities cannot only survive, but thrive with dignity, and the funds we raise through this event will go a long way towards supporting our mission.
We will also honor two extraordinary individuals who are making a difference in their respective fields. Our event will honor Corporate Justice Maker Linda Lu and Social Justice Maker Maya Wiley.
Our Awards Ceremony will be held at 59 Chelsea Piers, New York, NY 10011. If you’re already registered to attend, then I can’t wait to see you there! Please make sure to respond as soon as possible, and spread the word to your networks.
The National Center for Law and Economic Justice advances racial and economic justice through ground-breaking impact litigation, policy advocacy, and support for grassroots organizing. We have provided legal representation and support since 1965.
