For the third time, First Liberty is facing off against city officials
for taking an unconstitutional approach to shut down a house of
worship.

These city officials are abusing their authority by illegally using
zoning laws to keep houses of worships from serving their communities
and ministering to the most vulnerable.

In Ohio, the City of Bryan used zoning laws to criminally charge
Pastor Chris Avell. His "crime" was choosing to care for the homeless
by keeping the doors of Dad's Place open 24/7 in the dead of
winter.

In Arizona, the City of San Luis used zoning laws to stop Gethsemani
Baptist Church from feeding and ministering to 300 impoverished
families.

And now in New Hampshire, the Town of Weare has used zoning laws to
prevent Grace New England Church from meeting on Pastor Howard
Kaloogian's property.

In response to the town's hostility, First Liberty filed a
federal lawsuit to protect Pastor Howard's and Grace New England
Church's right to meet and to worship.
