As a veteran, public servant, and father, he will go to Washington to get things done for all Iowans.

Delegate Dan Helmer lives in Fairfax County with his wife, Karen, a public school educator, and their two sons. He is the son of an immigrant and the grandson of refugees and Holocaust survivors. Dan has represented thousands of voters in the 10th District as a delegate, and he hopes to continue that as their next Congressman.
