Campaign for National Parks

Landscapes which we proudly call National Parks are some of our most iconic and beloved spaces in the UK.

But in spite of their protected status our recently published health check of each National Parks in England and Wales shows that nature needs a lifeline. 75 years on from the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act it's clear things need to change, but we need your support; please help revive our National Parks.

Donate to our appeal between midday 18 April and midday 25 April and your donations will be doubled at no extra cost to you.

NATURE NEEDS A LIFELINE
Without National Parks these wild places would be in a much worse state than they are today. Systematic changes are needed for nature to thrive into the future and we're working hard to secure reforms needed for nature to thrive but we need your help.

GETTING NATURE BACK TO FULL HEALTH
Large scale nature recovery projects are under way in our National Parks like the brilliant work being carried out by the South West Peatland Partnership, winners of our National Park Nature Award in 2023. Their work is vital in restoring peatland habitats in the south west which is a win for nature, climate and local people.
