* The state Republican parties in Nebraska and New Mexico, along with a number of county GOP parties in Arizona, Georgia, Nebraska and Oregon, urged ([link removed]) the Supreme Court to take up Kari Lake’s lawsuit trying to ban voting machines in Arizona.
+ The Arizona, Delaware and Georgia Republican parties previously filed ([link removed]) amicus briefs also asking the nation’s highest court to take up the case.

Here are some other updates from today.
* The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals blocked ([link removed]) the controversial “county line” ballot design for New Jersey’s Democratic primary elections. Voters in the state, for the first time in decades, will cast ballots with a conventional design utilized in all other states.
* Commissioners in New Hampshire's Strafford County filed ([link removed]) a lawsuit challenging the new single-member districts for their elections. The lawsuit alleges changing the election method mid-decade violates state law and the state constitution.
