Team, this ruling marks another win for anti-abortion extremists across the country – and another step closer toward a full-on national abortion ban that MAGA Republicans want.

Luckily, President Biden and Vice President Harris have made it clear that they won’t allow it. In Arizona on Friday, VP Harris said: “Here’s the deal: this is 2024. Not the 1800’s. And we’re not going back. We are not going back.”

And their partners in the states, Democratic governors like Arizona’s Katie Hobbs, are fighting back against these attacks: standing up against outdated laws, vetoing abortion bans, stockpiling mifepristone, and enshrining reproductive rights into their state constitutions.
