As we wait for the snow to melt and the first signs of spring to appear in our district, we can’t slow down our momentum. In just over four months, we’ll have the chance to make history by nominating the first woman to Congress as a main-party candidate in Michigan’s 1st.
But we still have a lot of ground to cover.
Campaigning involves a lot (read: A LOT) of travel, and in a district as big as ours, we need time, support, and, most of all, resources to reach all the voters in our district.
I don’t take our grassroots support for granted. As someone born and raised in this district, I know what it’s like to be disregarded by our politicians. I don’t plan on following in their footsteps, and that’s why I’m asking for your support.
