Hey John, it's Tim with some exciting news to share!
Last week we added to our list of endorsements and supporting organizations as our campaign continues to grow!
First, I obtained an endorsement from the Berkeley Township Democratic Club, adding yet another local democratic endorsement to the list!
Then, I gained the Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate Distinction for my strong belief in a future where families across the nation can live free from gun violence.
John, support is pouring in from all across South Jersey, and it's for good reason: Local Democrats know that I can and will beat party-switching Jeff Van Drew this coming November. Will you join them in supporting our grassroots campaign to take Congress back? ([link removed])

John, at the end of the day the person whose endorsement I care the most about is You. In the same way I plan to be the opposite of Jeff Van Drew on Capitol Hill, I want my campaign to be the opposite of his. Jeff Van Drew is running a campaign flush with MAGA money (He is Trump's NJ Campaign Chair after all). I want to run a campaign based on support from the people of South Jersey.
Endorsements are great, but the person I'm counting on grassroots supporters like you to be the engine of this campaign. Tim Alexander is a civil rights attorney running to represent New Jersey's 2nd Congressional District.

As a New Jersey native, Tim enjoyed a long and distinguished career in law enforcement for the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office as a Detective Captain of the Criminal Investigation Section. After retiring from the Prosecutor’s Office, Tim immediately began working for the Philadelphia District Attorney as a member of the Philadelphia Youth Aid Panel. Later, Tim joined the Civil Rights Unit for the Philadelphia Solicitor’s Office. Eventually, Tim left public service and went into private practice handling civil litigation and currently is “Of Counsel” for Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. Tim continues to provide legal service in many aspects of law but concentrates his practice on Civil Rights and Employment Discrimination.
Tim was born and raised in Newark, NJ where his personal journey led him to public service. Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master's degree in business administration from Drexel University and a J.D. from Rutgers University.
Tim and his wife, Anna, live in Southern New Jersey.
